Lou Reed, Get Crazy (1983)
A movie about a rock club in financial difficulties. Lou Reed plays Auden, a singer-songwriter with a bad case of writer's block.
"He’s introduced in a visual parody of Bob Dylan’s Bringing it All Back Home LP and then spends most of his screen time confined to the back of a taxi cab that careens around New York while Lou nonchalantly strums a guitar and mutters."
Ten years of Christmas cards with Kate & Jason.
"4 items are a dead match to the orginal, the Robert Johnson album, the "Another Side of Bob Dylan" album behind Kate, the fallout shelter sign and the LBJ Time magazine."

King Blank -
Bass – Hugh Garrety
Drums – Kevin Rooney
Electric Guitar, Backing Vocals – Kris Jozajtis
Guitar, Keyboards – Nigel Pulsford
Vocals – Ian Lowery
"Going out on his own under the King Blank moniker, Lowery continued his wicked ways on the three-track Mouth Off, featuring the input of Screaming Blue Messiahs honcho Bill Carter, who produced and played on one song and co-wrote two. With the Messiahs backing him on the title track, Lowery seems newly dangerous, even throwing in a good imitation of a shivering fit.
"Lowery then assembled some sympathetic sidemen and turned King Blank into a real band. Mimicking Dylan's Bringing It All Back Home on the cover of The Real Dirt, Lowery broadened his range without any reduction in arrogance. Thanks to his versatile sidemen, he's able to touch on rockabilly, woozy ballads, vicious boogie, a chugging throwback to the Velvet Underground ("Uptight"), even bogus country music ("Bulletproof t," as in crucifix). Nasty and delectable."
And The Times They Were A-Changin' (1998)
Expecting Rain Dylan covers.
"A collection of various artists doing songs by Bob Dylan. Cleverly re-posed cover photo recreates the Bringing It Back Home cover, except now there's Mojo magazine in view and Dylan is a lookalike. Sleeve notes are by Greil Marcus, though he only focuses on Hendrix, The Neville Brothers and Bryan Ferry. The CD contains "Tears of Rage" by The Band (which is of course Dylan / Manuel, not just Dylan.)"
-- Peter Viney, January 1998
Alternate cover was used after copyright issues with the original.
Ray D'Ariano
"Are You On Something?"
Karma Sutra label, 1972
Ray D'Ariano talking about his 'comedy album':
"The Cover is my favorite part of the project. Here’s a bit from a review of Bob Dylan's Chronicles, Volume One that explains how that came to be:
"“In the early 70's I was in my early 20's. The last thing in the world I ever wanted was for Bob Dylan to sue me. I don't know whose idea that was.
"What I do recall is this, Bob Gruen took my photograph hanging out, surrounded by all kinds of clutter; beer cans, a small stash, a kitsch pillow from Niagara Falls, Sarah Lee chocolate cake, a slinky, transistor radio, all kinds of clutter. It was supposed to be some kind of visual interpretation of what was going on in my head, a what makes this guy tick kind of thing. I mean, that was the concept. No one was thinking Dylan parody, not that night anyway."
Things That Never Added Up to Me
Al Grierson
1997
This contemporary folk album nods its head to Bob Dylan with more than just the cover art.
Quotes taken from a review of the album:
"On his first release, "Things That Never Added Up To Me," Grierson provides a wry touch of humor with "Sunday Way Up Yonder." Suffice it to say that God's golfing divots can create some rather weighty and celestial concerns. "Dust-Bowl Don Quixote" is a wistful nod towards Woody Guthrie, among others."
"A la Bob Dylan's "Forever Young," the prayerful and wishful elegance of "'Til the Circle Is Complete" closes out the release and offers a compendium of wishes and hopes for the future."
""Jesus Loves The Working Folks" is a half-sung, half-spoken, Dylanesque-type talking blues tune."
And other congruities!
Christiane Rösinger – Songs Of L. And Hate
Artwork [Cover] by Daniela Burger.
"Die Worte werden lauter, Gitarre und Schlagzeug schrauben sich ins Stakkatohafte, dann tritt ein sehr bärtiger junger Mann hinzu und beendet mit einer dylanartig lärmenden Mundharmonika-Einlage das Lamento."
"Words are loud, the guitar and drums screw themselves in, staccato-like, then there is the addition of a very bearded young man, and finished with a Dylanesque raucous harmonica break in lamentation."
All Time is Now - a radio show on the worldwide internet radio station Indie 103.1 presented by DJ Shark. Each episode has two parts - 'Hour One' and 'Side B' and each is publicised on the website by an edited vinyl album cover which features one of the artists played on the show.
Episode #79, Side B, featured 'She Belongs To Me' from 'Bringing It All Back Home' by Bob Dylan. That is why they used the album cover.

"we bring it all back home"
Finalmente li abbiamo riportati a casa.
